They go by many different names - mood boards, vision boards, goal boards. Whatever you call them, they're wonderful.
You may have read my post in March about a fun DIY mood board using cork boards and about how I think mood boards are great for capturing a certain aesthetic, motivating yourself for goals, or finding some encouragement from time to time. It was one of my favorite posts last month!
Today I wanted to share my latest Pinterest version of a mood board. I love collecting inspiring things on Pinterest, even if they aren't for a specific purpose like "recipes" or "projects" but are simple to look at and enjoy. This month, I'm enjoying that spring has arrived.
April's mood is "fresh" - floral, succulents, pastels, sunshine. You can tell I am longing for summer and loving all the green!
I think I will keep on making mood boards on Pinterest each month, and perhaps I'll update my actual mood board from time to time. Plus, I have some ideas that are a bit more "visionary" and a little less "aesthetic" that I'll be sharing for April coming up!
Do you have any goals, visions, or a mood for this month? Have you captured them with a mood board, either physically or on Pinterest? I would love to see your mood boards!
